My name is Greg Crawford and I’m the owner and Certified Personal Fitness Trainer at My Training Gym, located in Morristown, NJ. I always knew I wanted to make fitness part of my life’s work and charted a course to learn as much as I could about fitness and nutrition.

After graduating with a degree in Exercise Science from Towson University I began training clients one-on-one. I taught my clients the proper way exercise in order to burn fat fast and how nutrition contributes to overall health and well-being.

During that time I was able to finally put the “theory” of Exercise Science into practice. I developed programs for all levels of fitness that helped athletes and the general population maximize their performance and lose weight while getting fit using holistic methods and cutting edge technology.
